Hubs with firmware version Hub OS Malevich 2.7 and higher can communicate alarms and events directly to the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) using the Contact ID and SIA protocols bypassing the Ajax Cloud server. SIA — is a two-way protocol for communication with the CMS that provides for AES 128-bit encryption.
