⏰ Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

  • In hours call out charge including 30 minutes labour: £140.00 + VAT
  • In hours additional labour per 30 minutes or any part thereof: £30.00 + VAT

⏰ Monday to Friday 5.00pm - 8.00am - all day Saturday/Sunday/Bank holidays

  • Out of hours call out charge including 30 minutes labour: £180.00 + VAT
  • Out of hours additional labour per 30 minutes or any part thereof: £50.00 + VAT

Pre-Arranged Call Out Charges; Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control

⏰ Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

  • In hours call out charge including 30 minutes labour: £100.00 + VAT
  • In hours additional labour per 30 minutes or any part thereof: £30.00 + VAT
Note:
  • Each rate covers a 30-minute travel time to the site.
  • Extra travel time incurs charges at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Any parts replaced will be chargeable.
  • Email or written text confirmation of agreed call out charges is required in advance of any visit.
