The video intercom panel is the element that is placed outside the facilities, which is why it is also called an outdoor unit, and allows visitors to make calls to the building staff.

These devices also have the ability to open the door using their relay outputs. This model has 2 relay outputs to be able to manage up to 2 doors simultaneously. In addition, it has integrated access control, allowing identification through cards or key fobs with 125 kHz EM and 13.56 MHz RFID technology, NFC, as well as a keyboard for numerical codes. It also has temporary PIN codes to give limited access from your SmartPlus mobile application.

IP equipment communicates and is powered by Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the amount of cables required for its operation.

Its physical numerical keypad allows users to easily call, as well as enter PIN codes for access.

Its IP65 exterior grade allows it to be installed outdoors.

Advanced configurable functions: Wiegand connection (allows adding third-party access readers for user identification), ONVIF protocol (allows the camera to be integrated into CCTV video recorders) and standard SIP 2.0 protocol (allows the equipment to be integrated into third-party PBX telephone exchanges).

From the Akuvox Installer Cloud, the installation structure is created and the devices are added using their MAC address. On this cloud-based platform you can update the firmware of the devices, modify their local settings (such as network parameters, volume settings or relay parameters, among others) or monitor their connection status, all remotely. In addition, this system allows teams to communicate with each other from anywhere, without having to open ports or use a VPN, thanks to the technology called Multisite.

The Property Manager Cloud allows you to manage community and office projects created by installers to register user credentials (keychains or PIN codes), view access records or send messages to users.

With the SmartPlus mobile application, for the end user, calls are received, the door is opened or the license plate camera is viewed live, all from anywhere. Users can review a complete call and access log, with screenshots, or establish different access methods (PIN codes, access via NFC and/or Bluetooth or facial recognition). In addition, they can also create temporary access codes, called temporary keys, with which to generate time-limited access to share with those who need it.
